Since its founding in 2000, Fair Spirit Shipping has managed to create long lasting working relations with ship operators and crewing partners worldwide, due to the company's dedication to the highest crewing and manning standards, and provisions of ISO Certification.
The acting director of the company is Capt. Ion Calenic, who graduated from "Mircea cel Batran" Naval academy in Constanta in 1981, boasts over 25 years worth of experience aboard sea vessels as well as 3 years experience(between 1994 and 1997) as Head of Operations, Crewing and Claims department of DUPLEX SHIPMANAGEMENT Ltd. With both experience aboard vessels and inside the office, Mr. Calenic has a unique perspective and invaluable insight when it comes to the process of recruiting and manning vessels worldwide.
Fair Spirit Shipping works with partners from Europe, The Middle East and Asia, and supplies manning services to operating areas in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America.
